2024 Coaches vs. Cancer Shoot-Out

The Montgomery Basketball program embraces the term FAMILY as a core value. We are always there for each other, and the community has always supported us. Now it is our time to give back to the community and make our Family stronger. We encourage all participants in this event to join the fight against cancer and contribute to the event to benefit Rutgers Cancer Institute.

2024 COACHES VS. CANCER SHOOT-OUT

Since the event was canceled in 2021, we have done an outstanding job in recovering that deficit. The 2022 event raised $6,320, and the 2023 event raised over $13,000. We have all had a family member of friend impacted by this disease, but through our collective efforts, everyone can help make a difference.

Over two days, Friday, January 5 and Saturday, January 6, 24 high school teams, along with their coaches, fans, referees, and additional supporters, will come together to play 12 basketball games at Montgomery High School. There will be an open concession stand as well as a donation table, which will be run by players of the Montgomery basketball team.
